Sigo con este problema:
Built-in Infrared Device (esta en amarillo) ya probe todo lo anterior.
Aparece: this device isn't using any resources because it's notcurrently enable.
this device is disable because the firmware of the device didn't give it the required resource (code 29)

por oto lado intento instalar el modem automaticamente y aparece: window didn't find any new modem from a list. Manualmente tampoco se cual de ellos elegir.
