Pregunta Imagenes en el servidor de desarrollo django

A ver, seguramente soy muy tonto y estoy pasando algo por alto. Intento que el servidor de desarrollo del django me muestre la imágenes, para ello, sigo los pasos de este enlace:

Pero no hay manera, este es mi fichero settings.py:

Y en el template, después de probarlo de infinitas maneras, he decidido meterle la dirección directamente

Pero no hay manera, cuando miro el código funte de la página me aparece:

¿Que he hecho mal? ¿por qué no se queda ni la url puesta a mano?

No se si esto será importante, pero la consola me muestra esto en color naranja:
