Gracias por la respuesta, te comento que al poner eso en el htaccess, en la pagina me aparece el siguiente error:

Eso por un lado y por el otro, quisiera que el subdominio no sea uno fijo, es decir, que poniendo cualquiera cosa como subdominio funcione.
Ya que lo que hago es que, por cada usuario que se registra en mi web, se le crea un directorio.
