No inicia el Apache, dice que esta ocupado el puerto

Buenas!, instale el zendoptimizer en mi servidor, pero cuando entraba a la web me tiraba un error de gateway 502, asi que lo desinstale, reinicie el servidor y me sigue apareciendo el error 502, cuando intento levantar el httpd, me tira el siguiente error:

[root@ ~]# service httpd restart

Logre hacer que funcione ejecutanto fuser -k -n tcp 80

PERO mi problema es que si reinicio el servidor, tengo qeu hacer lo mismo, nose porque un servicio empezo a iniciar en el puerto 80, alguien porfavor, tiene alguna solucion?, MUCHAS GRACIAS!
