Hola, temgo problemas para ejecutar una web en ASP.NET, me da este error:

La publique en otro servidor y si se ejecuto bien, pero me he fijado que en el servidor que no se ejecuta no tiene activada la copcion de appPool, y en el otro si. Les dejo una captura de pantalla en el siguiente link:
