Problemas con la instalacion en CPanel

Hola, necesito ayuda urgentemente, contrate un hosting, y todo marchaba bien... Elegimos el foro SMF y se instalo correctamente, pero cuando al foro le instale una plantilla, está hizo que se colabsara... asi que opte por desinstalar y volver a instalar el foro smf desde CP...
pero me marco primero este error

asi que removi manualmente... pero despues lei unos manueales y dice que se necesita el public_html.. asi que volvia colocarlo pero ahorame marca esto...
