Veamos otra alternativa:
a) Si tienes Excel 2010 intenta:
= SI( RESTO( 2*A1; 1) = 0; A1; MULTIPLO.SUPERIOR(A1; 0,5) )
b) Si tienes Excel 2007 ó anterior intenta:
= SI( RESIDUO( 2*A1; 1) = 0; A1; MULTIPLO.SUPERIOR(A1; 0,5) )
