ASP.NET is supported on the following platforms: Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional (SP 2 recommended), Microsoft Windows 2000 Server (SP 2 recommended), Microsoft Windows XP Professional, and Microsoft Windows Server 2003 family.
Para ASP.NET se necesita IIS 5.0 que solo viene con windows 2000 o XP.
El framework se puede instalar en NT pero no pueden ejecutarse aplicaciones ASP.NET
