Necesito poder insertar texto plano pero con formato de código, tanto html como css, con el fin de que se distiga bien, justo como lo puedes hacer aqui, ya que no es lo mismo poner:

y como mi blog es de tutoriales de diseño web y más, pues necesito hacerlo lo más claro posible. Alguien que me recomiende un buen plugin que haga eso?
