Tengo un problema enorme

E3stoy mandando datos por medio de tynimcs y tengo este problema en el localhost
Cuando mando los datos en formato html

Cuando los mando en texto enriquecido no hay problema pero , en el servidor web si tengo ese problema con texto enriquecido
