Buenas a todos, mi problema consiste en que tengo algunas dudas con respecto a este tema y quisiera pedirles su ayuda, desde ya le agradezco mucho por el espacio: (disculpe si me equivoco en la forma de mi post, es que soy nuevo en el foro

Primero: estoy armando una web y estoy en la parte de registración, esto me anda perfecto ya que esta correctamente conectada a la base de datos, el problema es que tengo el código y uso mail() y no lo envía, estoy operando ahora sobre Windows y me leii varios temas del foro y baje el minirelay y puse a la escucha el puerto 25 pero no me anda. me pone:

y no puedo enviar el mail, e intente con distintas configuraciones y nada.
Segundo: quisiera preguntarles si esto se puede hacer desde internet y no sobre Windows, es decir, tengo un dominio gratuito en byethost y quisiera que envíe el mail desde ahi y no sobre Windows, se puede esto? o hay que tener una cuenta paga?
