Como puedo solucionar esto?

Hola a todos!!!

Estoy haciendo una aplicación con Sharepoint, tengo dos tipos de acceso, Autentificación de windows y de formularios por lo qeu tengo dos colecciones de sitios una en la cual hay que autentificarse y en otra no. el problema reside que de repente sin tocar nada en especial, me ha dejado de funcionar y me aparece este error:
