BUENO...AHORA DESINSTALÉ TODO ! APACHE, XAMPP, Y PHP,
reinicié y instale solamente xampp ...le doy en la dirccion //localhost/ , resultado :
it works!
otra vez hice el archivo demo.php .... le doy localhost/demo.php y el resultado :
