Error Strict Standards

Hola a todos saludos nuevamente, tengo una consulta sobre este error que me sale.
Cuando quiero que salga la fecha actual automaticamente.
Utilizo ese codigo
<input type="text" name="txt_fregistro" id="txt_fregistro" value="<?php echo date ("Y/m/d"); ?>">

Cuando le doy clic a la otra pagina para jalar los js.
Me sale este error:

Soy de Lima Peru.
Creo que es en el php.ini, configurar algo bueno eso pienso ayudenem ya que por eso no puedo hacer mis procesos no me deja ingresar data.
