yo usaria la siguiente
FormatNumber(Expression,NumDigitsAfterDecimal ,IncludeLeadingDigit ,UseParensForNegativeNumbers ,GroupDigits)
y te quedaria asi
text1text = FormatNumber(Operacion,2 ,TRUE ,FALSE,TRUE)
