Prueba a borrar el .htaccess (respalda una copia en tu pc antes).
Y prueba si funciona, si ahí funciona, ve al wp-admin y regenera la estructura de permalinks (lo que volverá a crear el .htaccess si tienes los permisos adecuados en dicha carpeta), a mi las veces que me pasó eso lo solucioné de esta forma.

He borrado el .htaccess, luego intento acceder al /wp-admin/admin.php y me da error... YA NO SE QUE HACER....
