Post Estatico en wordpress

Hola compañeros ¿como estan? espero que muuuuuy bien :)


Paso aqui molestandolos con una duda bueno resulta que tengo wordpress 2.7.1 entonces tengo como tema el tema de default que viene, pues resulta que googleando encontre que en "\wp-content\themes\default\index.php" y posteo el codigo siguiente...

bueno tratando de entender mas o menos lo que quiero hacer es poner un post predeterminado se ponga primero un post que yo elija antes posteado que aparesca arriba de todos los post y simpre y depues todos los demas aunque poste mas actuales se pongan en segundo lugar. No se si me explique bien.

Bueno encontre una solucion "practica" es haciendo una pagina estatica y configurarla en el panel de wordpress y despues abajo ponerle

Bueno eso seria una solucion rapida pero me gustaria elegir por medio de codigo el post que aparesca mero arriba, les agradesco de antemano su tiempo y pongo la posible solucion que encontre para que vean que no me atengo a ustedes y que le he buscado.
