Alguien sabe hacer este manú

ok, esos banner que estan en la parte top del sitie los logre hacer con un deposito. A lo que me refiero yo son los banner pequeñitos que se encuentran en la parte derecha de tu monitor, son como 6 o 5 banner que cambian cuando se actualizan.

Estube revisando el codigo fuente y me encontre con esto, mira
