Sothink dhtml menu

Hola, estaba utilizando el control menu de vs.net 2008 pero me gustaria añadir fondos con degradado y no se como hacerlo, entonces me decanté por probar el soft. sothink dhtml menu que me crea el siguiente codigo para que lo pegue en la aplicacion del vs y no se que pasa que al ejecutarlo la paguina sale en blanco. gracias.
