cambiar "Deja un comentario" en plantilla wordpress

Hola

Como dije en el rpimer post he revisado todos los php y no encuentro donde cambiar.
Me mencionas que cambie el comments.php? te lo posteo aquí y me dices donde debo cambiar por favor pues no veo donde.

Otra cosa curiosa todos los files php estan en inglés y la plantilla en el browser en español
