Diferenica entre Processed y Completed

Hola, estoy haciendo una página que interactua con la interfaz de paypal, mi problema es que estoy leyendo el manual de paypal y no encuentro diferencia entre Processed y Completed... alguien me podría decir cual es la diferencia así veo que tengo que poner? Muchas gracias

Completed: The payment has been completed, and the funds
have been added successfully to your account balance.

Processed: A payment has been accepted.

Despues en otro lado leo que dice
For Mass Payments, the first IPN is the date/time when the
record set is processed and the second IPN is the date/time when
all payments are completed/returned

Que esto me da a pensar que es como si fuese pennding.... Estoy mareado
