$fecha_final = month('camp_de_la_fecha_en_la_bd');
$fecha1 = 1;//partir desde este mes
$fecha =2;//hasta este mes
mysql_query("SELECT * from tabla WHERE $fecha1 = '$fecha_inicio' AND $fecha2='$fecha_final' ");
