Exclamación Eclipse Fedora 9

Hello, I use Fedora 9 Sulphur (x86_64 - kernel 2.6.25-14.fc9). I installed Java 6 (jdk-6u7-linux-x64-rpm.bin) and I installed Eclipse (eclipse-jee-ganymede-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz) on my /home/dany/ using tar -xzvf eclipse-jee.gany...

I know I don't have to use yum to install eclipse because I'm installing it from outside of a package manager of Fedora.

Java 6 runs correctly, but when I go into eclipse folder and run eclipse it starts to show me the splash and tell me which directory I want to use as workspace, then I accept and it continues loadling libraries like ...jdt but suddenly the splash is closed and shows a window tell me to go to /home/dany/workspace/.metadata/.log to see the problem.

I open that file and it has some errors:

These are the steps:

1. I installed Java 6 (jdk-6u7-linux-x64-rpm.bin)
2. I installed Eclipse (eclipse-jee-ganymede-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz) on my /home/dany/ using tar -xzvf eclipse-jee.gany...
3. I went into eclipse folder and run eclipse. It started to show me the splash and told me which directory I wanted to use as workspace, then I accepted but I didn't check the checkbox "Use this as the default and do not ask again" and it continues loadling libraries like ...jdt but suddenly the splash was closed and showed a window told me to go to /home/dany/workspace/.metadata/.log to see the problem.
4. I installed Eclipe mylyn using yum install eclipse-mylyn
5. I ran Mylyn (Eclipse Mylyn), using the same workspace I used with Ganymede but I didn't check the checkbox "Use this as the default and do not ask again". It started up perfectly.
6. I run Ganymede, using the same workspace and the problem continued.
7. I run Mylyn again but now when it asked me about what workspace use, I select the same workspace an I check the opcion "Use this as the default and do not ask again". It started up perfectly again.
8. I run Ganymede using the same workspace again and it ran!!!!!!
9. I uninstall Mylyn using:
yum erase eclipse-mylyn
10. I run Ganymede and it run again!!!!!!
11. I remove all the content of .../workspace
12. Ganymede started to have the original same problem

I DON'T UNDERSAND ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!, Can someone tell me what's wrong?
