hola, tengo el siguiente inconveniente:
Tengo que armar un formulario de edicion de acuerdo a esta consulta sql:

el problema es que el cliente pude tener mas de un dato en las tablas client_contacts y en clients_phones. y nose como hacer para que me muestre los datos de ese cliente es esas tablas, si es uno solo no hay problemas, pero si son mas de uno no se como hacerlo.
