tendras que contactar a tu hosting y pedirles que lo verifiquen, ya que es algo que tienes que hacer desde el acceso root del server.
Hola, Ya lo he hecho pero mira que me han contestado mi hosting:
"The only changes that were made, other than copying your files to a new server (and it does not appear that this is an issue caused by files missing, etc), is simply a minor version upgrade to the versions of PHP and MySQL to patch security holes that were recently found. The server configuration was kept the same -- the server is identical to the prior one except for the minor security update and the much faster hardware. The server that you are on is very lightly loaded right now (barely any activity at all compared to the prior server which was effectively overloaded and outdated), and we do not have any "complex setups" -- just standard cPanel hosting. I have checked again that everything is set properly for your account and it is, if you have any recommendations on any settings that might need to be updated for your account we'd be happy to set them. I suspect that this problem has been outstanding longer than just at the time of the recent server move, because there was nothing in the move that would cause this sort of issue other than bugs in your code or application."
Lo puesto en ingles para no traducir mal lo que me han dicho.
