Hace unos minutos hice una nueva prueba :
fopen ("ftp://ftp.IP/prueba.txt" , "r");
Y llegó un nuevo mensaje :
php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in
... ?, plop!,
... a investigar.
