I want to transfer two domains from one reseller to another, both working with public domain registry. I tried using "transfer secret" but i got an error message telling me that a domain can not be transfered to actual registrar.
The "new" company told me that "old" company must perform a "move" from control panel, using an account number. "Old" company does not cooperate.
How can I transfer my domain to another Public Domain Registry reseller?
