jejeje te confundiste vos Cluster :).
Lo que está pidiendo es el código PHP que crea on-line las barras de scroll coloreadas, y una vez hecha, se le devuelve en un textarea el código con su formato CSS listo para funcionar <img src='images/tongue.gif' width=15 height=15 align=middle>.
