Vale , solucionado , era problema del :
# AllowOverride controls what directives may be placed in .htaccess files.
# It can be "All", "None", or any combination of the keywords:
# Options FileInfo AuthConfig Limit
#
AllowOverride none
Al cambiar none por all , se ha solucionado .
