Es legal poner layers en adsense???

Hola hace tiempo encontre este codigo para layers, donde puse publicidad adsense, ganaba promedio de 3 dollares al día, pero ahora ya estoy gando promedio de 15 o 20 dollares diarios, mi pregunta es si es legal poner este tipo de sistema??
