como hacer un RSS en ASP ???

Estoy Leyendo ke mi horarrio esta en -5

Buno entonces tendria que sumarle 5 horas a la fecha de publicacin actual


SELECT date_format(date_add(fecha, interval 5 hour), '%a, %d %b %Y %T GMT')
FROM _____ WHERE ______ ORDER BY ______ ..........


Y de esta forma tendria la fecha y hora exacta a GMT no ??????

Pues resulta ke la regue y tengo un campo para la fecha y otra para la hora; por lo que esa solucion rapida no me sirve.
