The account to which you refer was locked in response to its connection to another account, the issue being that this account received domain names through the change of account process from an account with multiple payment disputes against it.

At least one payment method account holder disputed domain purchases as unauthorized on multiple transactions. Many of the domains purchased on the disputed transactions were moved following the purchase into the account you have referenced. Furthermore, a number of these domains were then moved into yet other accounts.

While moving domains to different accounts is acceptable, a high number of disputes citing unauthorized use of a payment method in addition to a high number of domain account moves to multiple accounts indicated suspicious account activity. To limit our liability to further payment disputes, it was necessary to reverse as many transactions connected to the disputes as possible and block accounts which received the domain names in question from further use.

If you wish to restore these accounts, two things will be necessary. First, to verify the legitimacy of the account in which the unauthorized payment disputes originated, please have the payment method account holder provide correct billing information and a viewable copy of his/her government issued valid photo identification -- like a driver's license or passport. A scanned image (under 100,000 Bytes in size) can be attached as a response to this message, or faxed to: (480)-287-8003 Attention: Fraud Department.

Once the account has been verified, the disputed transactions will need to be resolved. While the payment method account holder can contact their issuing bank to have the disputes reversed, this can take up to 60 days. For every such dispute, we are assessed a fee by the payment method account holder's bank. As reimbursement, there will be a $50 administrative fee assessed for every disputed transaction in addition to the original transaction amounts which must also be recovered.

Both of the above actions must be taken for restoration of the affected accounts and domains.

Thank you,

Lo que no he entencido muy bien es que encima me van a cobrar 50$ y van a tardar 60 días...

Y todo esto me ha pasado porque compre unos dominios a otro usuario y me les paso a mi cuenta.
