en tu body agrega

:) deberia pegar al toque ;)
pero cuando trate de validar mi web en la w3c me decia que esos atributos no son validos tonces javierB me dio esto

body {margin:0}
</style>
tu decides :) cual usar si en el body o CSS saludos
