Ayuda! Necesito Instalar DameWAre en Wimdows Xp Profesional con Sp2

Tengo 3 maquinas que quiero controlar remotamente con el DameWare pero tengo muchas dudas respecto a este sofware. Dudas:

1.- Debo instalar DameWare en las 3 maquinas o solamente en el Servidor?
2.- Ya configure mi router(modelo 2Wire 2700HG) abri los puertos TCP3389 pero solo para el servidor, mi duda es,si necesito abrir el puerto para las demas maquinas o necesito configurar a cada maquina por separado?

y cuando doy conectar con DameWare me manda el siguiente error:

Winsock Connect Error:
System Error: 10060
System Message:
Se produjo un error durante el intento de conexión ya que la parte conectada no respondió adecuadamente tras un periodo de tiempo, o bien se produjo un error en la conexión establecida ya que el host conectado no ha podido responder.

A Winsock 10060 error indicates a socket timeout [192.168.1.78]. Some reasons for this error include: remote host not online, routing, firewall/router configuration (blocked ports), etc.. The most common reason for this occurrence is when nothing is listening on the specified port on the Host Computer. For Example, Mini Remote Client Agent not installed or mismatch in port usage (default is TCP 6129).

4.)

The remote computers appear to be running Windows NT/2000/XP/2003. Will try to interrogate the service control manager to determine if the Mini Remote Control client agent (service) is installed and/or running.
