Hi,
unfortunately, resellers can only pay through refills.
What you can do is push the domain to a retail account that you might have and renew it there. Then, if needed, push it back to your reseller account after 7 days.

El inglés no es mi plato fuerte, pero creo que me obligan a renovarlo desde el Resellers haciendo un ingreso de 100 $ no ?
