To upload via FTP you have to setup an FTP account first. Go to FTP Manager, click FTP Accounts and set up an account.
To upload via File Manager click on File Manager icon, choose the target folder and click Upload file(s).
IMPORTANT! All Files must be uploaded to your public_html directory!!!
O sea que te proporcionan 2 maneras.
1 por ftp
2 por file manager
y recuerda que para que sea accesible cualquier fichero por la web, debe de estar dentro de el directorio public_html.
Intenta publicar en ese directorio tu index.htm o index.html o index.php ...
