hola tengo una pagina y me funcionaba bien haste que reinicie mi servidor para poder hacer que funcione el mail ahora me da estos errores

plis si alguien sabe pporque son ayudenme
Deberías indicar el código que usas y que provoca esos errores. De hecho son problemas de rutas de acceso a archivos y/o permisos de lectura/escritura a los directorios implicados.
