Hola estimados Foreros, ya intente con todas las tecnicas que encontre en la net pero no logro solucionar el problema de que cuando genero cualquier aplicaicon por ejemplo la test qeu es la primera que se puede generar no me puede sacar de encima esto:

Estoy trabajando en open suse 10 tenbgo todo todito instaladoy configurado ya de 10000 maneras con fast cgi y con fcgid le pongo el path con permisos y nada ya esoty arto y tengo que empezar a desarrollar ya pero no peudo ya que en cuanto avanso en algo me sale esto.
Por Favor a alguien le sucedio ?
