ASP.NET is not authorized to access the requested resource

Hola colegas, estoy teniendo este error cuando intento escribir un archivo desde mi pagina ASP. Intento hacer resolver, pero no logro entender y dar con la solucion.

Alguien me podria ayudar a salir de este apriete?
