Hola, inicia easyphp luego hace click con el boton derecho sobre el icono e que esta en la barra de tareas, alli seleccionas configuracion y luego php
se te abre el block de notas con el archivo a modificar

Sient ser tan Cansino :P pero la funcion esa me abre el archivo php.ini que es el que encontre antes, pos bien.. yo lo modifico y sigue dandome el mismo error :(
