Yo le doi en el boton enviar y me manda el siguiente error :
Warning: mail() [function.mail]: "sendmail_from" not set in php.ini or custom "From:" header missing in C:\root\consulta.php on line 19
Revise mi php.ini y tengo esto en sendmail_form :

[email protected]
Ahi tendria que poner que mail???? el mail donde quiero que llegue el formulario??
