Prueba abriendo el archivo overall_header.php y añadiendo esto justo después del <head>
Eso debería hacer que todos los enlaces que no tengan un target se abran en ese frame. Si el enlace tiene un target definido, entonces se aplicará el que tenga (por ejemplo si un enlace tiene un target _blank pues lo abrirá en ventana nueva, no aplica el _self)
