la linea
<documenttype id="PHP_MySQL" servermodel="PHP MySQL" internaltype="Dynamic" winfileextension="php,php3,php4,php5" macfileextension="php,php3,php4,php5" file="Default.php" writebyteordermark="false">
quedando
<documenttype id="PHP_MySQL" servermodel="PHP MySQL" internaltype="Dynamic" winfileextension="asp,php,php3,php4,php5" macfileextension="asp,php,php3,php4,php5" file="Default.php" writebyteordermark="false">
y me colorea los achivos .asp como archivos .php ( que en realidad eso son )
