si quieres un sniffer bueno bonito y barato entonces tienes muchos:
- Snort (modo sniffer)
- Windump
- Ethereal
- Netcat (modo sniffer)
- ....
Par las características de tu red, creo que lo mejor es usar Ethereal Network Analyzer:
