1. You can upgrade your account and moves canadaho to that server.
2. You can try to resolve the high memory usage but must be done within 7 days. You will need to let us know what you've done to resolve the issue before you can be moved back to the original server. We would like to see cpu usage below 1% and memory usage below 3%.
