Hay un fallo con las etiquetas [ php] en el foro y mete algo de código que no correspondo. Donde pone:
<?php BEGIN__VBULLETIN__CODE__SNIPPET <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="5;URL=http://www.google.es">
debes poner:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="5;URL=http://www.google.es">
