You can do this yourself and it isn't hard at all, all you need is photoshop with the .dds plugin from nvidia if you have this go to Rome - Total War\Data\textures and open arrow_test.tga.dds with photoshop and change the colour of wich arrow you like and in what you like.
supongo que solo tendré que cambiar un arrow_test.tga.dds por otro, no aletheia?
