hola, oye pss solo tienes ke cambiar el atributo "target" es decir cambiar target="_blank" (_blank= nueva ventana) por target="_self" (_self=en la misma ventana o frame)

aca te dejo el codigo pero te recomiendo ke chekes ke fue lo ke cambie para ke vallas entendiendo los codigos son sumamente faciles enserio
