 Ninguna aplicación puede ejecutarse
Tengo Windows XP (home edition) en una portatil, el problema es que no me permite ejecutar ninguna aplicación.
Siempre me presente el siguiente mensaje:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.
¿qué significa ésto?
¿se murió windows?
¿será necesario reinstalar TODO?
