No puedo hacer funcionar este buscador

Hola, quiero ver si alguien me ayuda y me dice que es lo que tengo mal en este buscador, no puedo hacerlo funcionar, si alguien me ayudara estaria muy agradecida, ya que lo copie y no tengo ni idea que esta mal, no se mucho de esto.

Asi que si alguien me puede ayudar le pido por favor sea lo mas explicito para poderle entender, ya ven no se mucho de esto.
